              material suitability.

• Customers must provide accurate specifications and artwork for custom engraving.
• We are not responsible for errors in designs submitted by customers.
• A digital proof may be provided upon request before production.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full before production begins.
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, or other approved payment methods.
• All prices are listed in dollars and are subject to change without notice.

4. Production and Turnaround Time

• Standard turnaround times vary based on project scope and will be communicated at the time of order.
• Expedited service may be available for an additional fee.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship orders via trusted carriers. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party carriers.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of engraving work, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.
• Customers must report any issues within 7 days of receiving the order.

7. Intellectual Property

• Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any designs, logos, or content provided for engraving.
• We reserve the right to refuse any project that infringes on copyright or contains offensive content.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our products or services.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
